Tuesday's Adventures at Lifeline

Work continued on the block maker.

This is the canteen at Lifeline.  The children that attend the school at Lifeline receive a meal here each day.  The women who work in the canteen begin their day very early.  They make 8,000+ meals a day that go out to different feeding stations throughout the surrounding area.  It is a very busy place.

Work began on a mural in the Kindergarten room.  Tuesday and Wednesday were national holidays for Haiti so we were able to work on the painting during the day.

Pete Wood....it was long day for him.  :-)

The long outdoor porch at Lifeine served as a place of retreat for everyone in the evening hours.  We had very hot days.  The cooler evenings brought refreshment.  We had our devotions and time or worship there too.
